This crazy weekend started on February 9th and ended on February 10th. My father told me to get ready for a big adventure by car. We traveled from my city, Málaga, to Calp (Alicante), a town on the eastern coast of Spain. This city is also very popular with people from outside Spain, especially known for the tourists who come here to spend their holidays. By the way, I met my girlfriend online, and she’s from Albacete, another city in Spain (in the region of Castilla-La Mancha). It may not be as famous, but I find it very beautiful. To finish the trip, we visited Benidorm, another large city that I really enjoyed.
My first day began with some practice at work, where I was updating the latest content on my web-page with my colleague. I finished everything I had planned and tried to fix a few issues, so I wrapped up for the day and headed home to start packing for the trip. I grabbed my backpack with some clothes, including a jacket and a pair of pants to look stylish or something like that. I was ready for anything, so we hit the road to the Valencia region.
The road was large, really large. It consumed like the half of the day. I was in Murcia, another huge city and region. This region I didn't liked much, it was weird. Like there is nothing, probably the same as the California in the US. Desert desert and again desert. Also yeah, it was a big city huh, probably bigger than Malaga but I'm not sure. After large 5 hours, we finally reached Calpe. Some images of this trip to Calpe:
